BDS Gurukul of education has been granted an annual intake of 200 (Two Hundred) seats for B.Ed. course of two years duration. As per existing norms, 100 Percent seats are filled up through Joint Entrance Examination conducted by the state government followed by counseling done by the university who is charged with the responsibility to conduct the JEE. The university conducting the JEE call only those students for counseling who qualify JEE and then the institute are allocated to the students as per their ranks in JEE.
The institute strictly follow the “Reservation Rules” (as ordered by Govt.).In the admission process as mentioned above. The approved percentage of reservation for different categories is as follows
General : 50 %
OBC : 27 %
SC : 21 %
ST : 2 %
Other States’ candidates can be admitted against “ Up to maximum 5%” of the above given percentage.
3% seats of each of the above mentioned category will be reserved for the handicapped candidates.
Fee Structure:
Fee structure and its break up is decided by a “Fee Fixation Committee constituted by State Government from time to time or the High Court / Apex court. Fee shall be charged as fixed / directed by the Committee for all the admitted students or the apex court.
